Non-Volatile RAM (NOVRAM): The X22C12P is unique in that it combines a high-speed Static RAM (SRAM) with an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (E²PROM) on the same chip. This allows data to be easily transferred between the two memory types (RAM to E²PROM for storing, E²PROM to RAM for recalling).Memory Capacity: It has a memory capacity of 256 words, each 4 bits wide, resulting in a total storage of 1024 bits.High Performance: Features a fast RAM access time of 150 ns.High Reliability: It can reliably endure 1,000,000 STORE cycles, and boasts a data retention period greater than 100 years.Low Power Consumption: Optimized for low power operation, with a standby current of 100µA Max (CMOS Inputs).Compatibility: Fully TTL and CMOS compatible. It is also 100% compatible with the X2212 chip.Write Protection: Includes features like VCC Sense, Write Inhibit, and Noise Protection to prevent accidental data loss or corruption.Automatic Recall: Upon power-up, data is automatically recalled from the E²PROM array into the RAM array.
